Blaze Community Foundation is the charitable arm to the Coventry Blaze ice hockey team. The charity works in partnership with the community to address local needs and aims to continuously provide life changing opportunities through the power of sport and education. Over the years Blaze Community Foundation has worked with key funders such as Children in Need and the National Lottery Community Foundation to provide our life changing programmes. 

Through various community programmes we use sport and physical activity as our vehicle for change, allowing the community to engage in sporting opportunities whilst breaking down barriers within their community. Our projects include youth provision, educational workshops, holiday provision for SEN young people in Coventry, 1-1 support and most recently has been our online support programmes through Zoom. All projects aim to promote social interaction within the community and help beneficiaries improve their physical & mental wellbeing, with the longterm goal of building stronger communities.
